Comment: On Hwy 197 in Bemidji to 1.7 miles south - Lane width restrictions, intermittent flag person, minor traffic delays. Detour on Hwy 71 starts July 6 through late August 2010. Detour: Hubbard Co.Rd. 9 north to Hubbard Co. Rd. 98 , then east to Beltrami Co. Rd. 2 to Hwy 71. SB traffic will use the same detour in reverse.DETOUR is posted for 9 Ton. Hwy 71 project home page

Comment: This project is one half mile south of Shelly on US 75. Legal weight on detour route. Detour as follows: Northbound 75 traffic at the Jct. of US 75 and Hwy 200 will go east for 14 miles on Hwy 200 to the jct. of Hwy 9, then north on Hwy 9 for 16 miles to the jct. of Polk county 1, go west for 13 miles on county 1 to the jct. of US 75. Southbound traffic will do the reverse.
