road closed, road construction, detour in operation, width limit in effect Width limit 12 ' 0 " — until August 15
Comment: 12 ft. width restriction on county road detour. Hwy 71 north of Windom road is closed at Cottonwood Co Rd. 15; detour from Cottonwood Co. Rd. 28, east 3 miles to Hwy 60 near Bingham Lake; 4 miles SW to Windom return to TH 71 S. City of Windom Project, constructing turn lanes for Industrial Park.
